Overview: The Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties, such as screening hiring packages, auditing salary worksheets, and creating offer letters.<br /> <br /> <br />
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist Talent Acquisition team with all administrative recruitment processes.</li> <li>Provides timely support to assigned schools for offer letters and onboarding requests.</li> <li>Monitors offer letter request database and supports all schools as needed.</li> <li>Works pro-actively to identify potential issues and develop solutions.</li> <li>Notifies supervisors of challenges in a timely manner so issues can be resolved with minimal impact to CSUSA stakeholders.</li> <li>Collaborates with all members of the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to assess departmental needs and provide support.</li> <li>Advertise employment opportunities on internal and external job boards, including university job boards and third-party sites.</li> <li>Screen candidates against job descriptions and update vacancies and applicant status within the recruitment process</li> <li>Assist candidates with the application process, questions and password resets.</li> <li>Completes CSUSA onboarding process including required HR criteria, state/federal compliance requirements, I-9's, background checks and HRIS system database and information.</li> <li>Assist with conducting reference checks prior to offer of employment.</li> <li>Prepares various reports as needed.</li> <li>Liaise between talent acquisition team members, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule interviews.</li> <li>Work with applicants to provide updates on their progress in onboarding.</li> <li>Designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, etc.</li> <li>Communicate with Managers throughout all steps of process.</li> <li>Assists with various research projects and/or special projects.</li> <li>Answer inquiries from internal employees regarding employment opportunities.</li> <li>Adheres to assigned performance metrics.</li> <li>Cultivates external relationships with networking and internal relationships with key functional stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>**MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED**</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>DISCLAIMER</strong></p> <p><strong>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
