Overview: The executive coordinator to the President strategically supports the President of CSUSA by effectively organizing priorities, managing projects and timelines, tracking action items, conducting analyses, creating presentations, and acting as a liaison for the President. This position provides support to the President with a high level of initiative, judgment, and discretion. Works collaboratively with other company executives and leaders of the organization, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Organizes meetings by creating agendas, attending the meetings, crafting action items, and effectively following up on behalf of the President.</li> <li>Has detailed understanding on company strategic initiatives and is actively engaged in ensuring initiatives are progressing, issues are identified, and bottlenecks are resolved with initiative owners.</li> <li>Gathers, analyzes, and prepares information to support executive decision making.</li> <li>Organizes priorities of the President and ensures effective use of time in scheduling activities.</li> <li>Writes memos and follows-up communications on behalf of the President to respond to requests and communicate critical information.</li> <li>Manages a complex schedule for the President and handles frequent reprioritizations that will often require independent decision making.</li> <li>Works independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
