Overview: The Finance and Investor Relations Associate is responsible for supporting the Finance team with any and all aspects of financing transactions.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist with the review and tracking of financing reporting requirements and posting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports with dissemination agents and banks. Maintains detail listing on all reporting requirements.</li> <li>Work closely with the finance team in order to support in maintaining listing of all required covenants.</li> </ul> <ul> <li> Preparation of semi annual investor presentations and supporting in all aspects of calls.</li> <li> Preparation of annual reports for all bonds.</li> <li> Support in managing bond audits.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Compile information related to any ratings reviews, investor requests or other stakeholder requests.</li> <li>Supports the Finance team with pulling supporting documentation related to specific types of leases.</li> <li>Work closely with other internal departments in order to facilitate gathering of information needed for due diligence.</li> <li>Have an understanding of financial statements and how to read and review them.</li> </ul> <ul> <li> Document processes and procedures, as well as workflow regarding any items related to financing.</li> <li> Manage all aspects of required arbitrage reporting required for bond financings. </li> <li> Process invoices for various entities working with the accounts payable team and provide billing instructions.</li> <li> Obtain and organize documents needed for due diligence.</li> <li> Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.</li> </ul> <br /> <br /> <br />**MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED** <br /> <br /> <br /> DISCLAIMER <br />The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
