As an&nbsp;Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for students in grades [K-3]. The teacher will plan, implement, and assess lessons that meet the educational standards and foster the intellectual and social development of students.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.</li> <li>Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and encourages student participation.</li> <li>Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional resources to cater to different learning styles.</li> <li>Assess and monitor student progress through observations, assignments, and tests.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.</li> <li>Manage classroom behavior in a respectful and effective manner.</li> <li>Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities.</li> <li>Incorporate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and complete records of students' academic performance and attendance.</li> <li>Participate in school events, meetings, and activities as required.</li> </ul>
