Overview: </span></u></strong></p><p style="margin: 6pt 0in 0pt;"><span style='font-family: "Calibri",sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;'>Under minimal supervision, but in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Credit Admin Assistant is responsible for managing data flow coming to the Credit Department from customers and the commercial lending field. This will include accurate assessment of items to be moved to the electronic file system, items to be tested by the analysts and/or moved to an active loan request. This position will also be critical in the on-going maintenance of the commercial tracking and monitoring system done electronically. The Credit Admin Assistant will communicate an outgoing and friendly professional demeanor not only to customers but to staff as well.</span></p><p style="margin: 12pt 0in 6pt;"><strong><u><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><br/><br/>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Process, track, and image financial statements and other borrower financial documents.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist lenders and credit analysts with questions or issues regarding commercial loan tracking and monitoring procedures.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Review and document existence of required approvals and verify compliance with the stated guidelines.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Track exceptions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Compile month end and quarter end reports for management.
