Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li> </ul> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree preferred</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>0 - 1 Years experience in function</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>1 - 3 Years experience in industry</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 6pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated mastery of Excel, Word, and Outlook required, in addition to a solid knowledge of FIS Suite, Fedline, internet banking and banking products</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 5.75pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>In depth knowledge of payment processing, with a focus in the area of ACH and experience NACHA and Greenbook rules and guidelines.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 5.75pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing and multi-tasking</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and superior customer service skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
