Overview: The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the development, implementation and integration of the banks ServiceNow environment. The position also provides technical research for change, maintenance and enhancement to existing ServiceNow modules as well as implementation of new modules.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Implement and maintain processes, procedures and associated plans for ServiceNow administration, support, and usage.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide guidance to business units in the review of potential ServiceNow functions and integration to existing systems.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure adherence to bank standards and industry best practices while following business requirements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Follow and maintain company, department, and team policies/standards/procedures.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify and leverage integration opportunities at the software and interface level in order to optimize the ServiceNow platform.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in all stages of developing ServiceNow functions: design, build, test, implement and maintain.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve ServiceNow related issues.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Some after-hours availability required for deployments or resolution of critical outages</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Other duties and projects as assigned.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: </strong></span></p><ul><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities related to ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">3 years+ of detailed technical experience w/ enterprise level software development & integration in a production environment, exp. with ServiceNow platforms.
