Overview: </span></u></strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="color: black;">The Sales Manager is responsible for Treasury Management sales goals, expense allocation, and productivity. S/he will work as a sales team leader focusing on expanding new business development of Treasury Management products and services. S/he will oversee the implementation, on-boarding and training for new Treasury Management clients in their assigned region. </span></p><p style="margin: 8pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><u><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt;"><br/><br/>
Responsibilities: </span></u></strong></p><p style="margin: 6.35pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><span style="color: black;">Team Management</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"><ul><li>Supervise the activities of their assigned sales division to include recruiting, hiring, terminating, work assignments, appraisals, and salary.</span></p><p style="margin: 5.75pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Sales Division employee coaching, training, and counseling.</span></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Train cross functional teams on sales strategy and ensure adherence to program.</span></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Ensures that team members meet goals and adhere to the Bank’s policies and procedures.</span></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Completely understand the processes and procedures outlined by the bank and are able to assist the sales team in the structuring and pricing of customer proposals.</span></p><p style="margin: 6pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><span style="color: black;">Business Development</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Schedules and conducts departmental sales calls and sales meetings with their team and participates in joint sales call with the TM Sales Advisors. </span></p><p style="margin: 6pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Is knowledgeable of industry, competitor and bank treasury management products.
