Responsibilities: <strong><span style="font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Customer Service</span></strong><br /> <ul> <li style="margin: 6.35pt 0in 0pt;">Utilize a consultative sales process and assessment tools where appropriate, provide comprehensive, needs- based financial solutions to clients by offering a range of investment solutions and partnering with banking center staff.</li> <li style="margin: 6.35pt 0in 0pt;">Prepare materials and make presentations with prospective or existing clients.</li> <li style="margin: 6.35pt 0in 0pt;">Analyze and evaluate customers' profiles to determine the needs of existing clients and prospective clients in order to effectively recommend products and services.</li> <li style="margin: 6.35pt 0in 0pt;">Prepare and complete customer transactions that guarantee exceptional quality and necessary attention to detail in accordance with Cetera, regulatory, and program policies and guidelines.</li> <li style="margin: 6.35pt 0in 0pt;">Contact clients within the assigned portfolio on a semi-annual basis regarding any necessary changes to the account.</li> </ul> <strong><span style="font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Administration/Compliance Risk Management</span></strong><br /> <p style="margin: 5.75pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Complete a client profile to identify present and future client needs. Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Associate's degree preferred</li> <li>3 - 5 Years Experience in Function</li> <li>5 - 7 Years Experience in Industry</li> <li>Life License Required</li> <li>Series 6/ 7, 63, 66 or 65 Required</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to sell products and services to investment clients; evidence of strong sales results.
