He or she will perform a variety of duties which could include operating an image capture transport and doing repetitive key entry repair of items.</span></p><p style="margin: 8.05pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style='color: black; font-family: "Verdana","sans-serif";'><br/><br/>
Responsibilities: <strong>Operations</strong><br /> <ul> <li style="margin: 4.45pt 0in 0pt;">Perform opening and end of day Item Processing functions.</li> <li style="margin: 4.45pt 0in 0pt;">Perform daily activities of the item processing team utilizing imaging technology, under strict deadlines.</li> <li style="margin: 4.45pt 0in 0pt;">Record, compare and document various check lists.</li> <li style="margin: 4.45pt 0in 0pt;">Balance captured work and prepare for processing.</li> <li style="margin: 4.45pt 0in 0pt;">Prepare Transit Deposits.</li> </ul> <strong><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;">Compliance</span></strong><br /> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Maintain standards, procedures and documentation.</li> <li>Correct and balance transactions, making deposit corrections as needed.</li> </ul> <strong><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;">Customer Service</span></strong><br /> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Communicate with the banking centers regarding Item Processing capture inquiries.</li> <li>Identifies and inserts adjustments to resolve transaction discrepancies in a timely manner.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 12pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 1.1pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">&nbsp;</h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>1 - 3 Years experience in function</li> <li>1 - 3 Years experience in industry</li> <li>Must have proficient verbal, written and telephone communication skills.</li> <li>Strong Math and problem solving skills.</li> <li>Strong customer service skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
