Overview: </span></span></strong></p><p style="margin: 3.35pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">The Vendor Applications Manager is responsible for the oversight of the application system relationships with vendors of third party applications and internally developed systems. S/he is a key partner with stakeholders, end users, technology specialists, and vendor resources to translate third party application configurations into technical solutions for current and future business needs. In partnership with the IT Infrastructure Manager, s/he is responsible for maintaining the applications portfolio so that it performs well.</span></p><p style="margin: 8pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt;"><br/><br/>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Supervises, coordinates, coaches, mentors, and counsels staff activities to ensure achievement of assigned goals and objectives. Responsible for staff retention, performance, and developmental coaching.</li> <li>Works with business owners and stakeholders to solve complex application and integration related issues across multiple functional areas within stated timelines in a professional manner. This may require working with the vendor and users to bring the problem to resolution.</li> <li>Acts as the primary relationship manager or provides support to relationship managers for major vendor relationships.
