Overview: <p style="margin: 3.35pt 0in 0pt;">This Loan Quality Analyst position is responsible for ensuring loan integrity and compliance against bank policies and federal regulations. Responsibilities: </span></span></strong></p><p style="margin: 6.35pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><span style="color: black;">Lon Quality Assurance</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"><ul><li>Review all new indirect/direct consumer loans and commercial loans post-closing, and prior to input to the bank’s core system.</span></p><p style="margin: 5.75pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Perfect lien placement on all collateral, including real estate recordings.</span></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Maintain and monitor all loan exception items and distribute a monthly report to appropriate personnel.</span></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Maintenance on booked loans, including loan amendments, modifications, and renewals.</span></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Review title commitments, and process title exceptions to obtain Final Title Policy.</span></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><span style="color: black;">Loan Quality Processing</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Process all contracts received from the Bank's Dealer Network.</span></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Calculate Dealer Reserve payments and monitor/collect Dealer Reserve “charge-backs” on a monthly basis.</span></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Process all new and renewal UCC filings, including monthly reporting.</span></p><p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"></li><li>Prepare loan boarding sheet and determine correct loan coding to report to Feds.</span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;"> </span></p> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job"> </h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><u><span style='color: black; font-family: "Verdana",sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;'></li></ul>
