Overview: Responsible for direction and managing the corporate Service Now application.&nbsp; Provides strategic direction for the Service Now platform and our ongoing service design journey.&nbsp; Supports the Engineering Services Director by developing and maintaining standards and direction for our ongoing service design.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead or participate in business process improvement efforts pertaining to service strategy, design and delivery specifically pertaining to ITIL and Service Now standards.</li> <li>Ability to translate user needs into service design and iterative operational improvements</li> <li>Translating business and technical requests into clear and manageable plans, determining resource requirements to support service design and maintenance within Service Now.</li> <li>Define and be process owner for multiple key ITIL based service delivery control processes including but not limited to Change Control, Configuration Management and Asset Management.</li> <li>Establishes and maintains professional, positive working relationships with a diverse group of Chemical Bank employees.</li> <li>Manage relationship and licensing compliance with ServiceNow</li> <li>Strategic planning for migrating to new versions and implementation of new features in ServiceNow</li> <li>Create, maintain and enforce service design and development standards</li> <li>Some after-hours availability required for deployments or resolution of critical outages</li> <li>Supports Engineering Services Director in developing service design strategy and standards</li> <li>Supports, develops, and mentors service design and delivery team</li> </ul> <p style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">&nbsp;</h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>5-7 functional experience</li> <li>5-7 years Industry experience</li> <li>ITILv3 license preferred</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred</li> <li>Possess strong / leadership capabilities with the ability to forge relationships within teams and across the enterprise</li> <li>Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, time management, problem solving skills, and commitment to quality and solution oriented service are required</li> <li>Strong customer service skills and is dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements or internal/external customers.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate technical issues to users in a clear, non-technical manner</li> <li>Track record in delivering a service design and process oriented approach to business with continuous improvement to service design and processes.</li> </ul>
