Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package

Overview: <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Introductory position into commercial credit that supports the underwriting and analysis of existing and new relationships to the Bank. This position plays a critical role in supporting and identifying the risk profile of a borrower by completing a comprehensive examination of a borrower&rsquo;s credit worthiness. Under steady supervision, an Associate Credit Analyst will perform routine financial spreadsheets, compliance testing, and credit summaries in a timely and accurate manner.</span></p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Learn the basic skills of credit analysis, including: financial statement spreading, cash flow, collateral, personal debt service, covenant testing, borrowing formula monitoring, industry research, and risk analysis.</li> <li>Complete annual reviews for existing customer relationships.</li> <li>Prepare short term loan extensions and renewal requests for less complex credits.</li> <li>Assist&nbsp;with Credit Department projects on an as-needed basis.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance required -&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Economics may also be considered, based on Accounting and Finance courses taken.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfort with basic financial analysis and familiarity with financial statements.</li> <li>Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.</li> <li>Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Word applications.</li> <li>Team-oriented.</li> </ul>
