Overview: <p style="margin: 4.45pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; font-size: 9pt;">Provides technical support to diverse external customers of the eBanking Department. Includes troubleshooting and diagnostics of eBanking products such as Automatic Clearing House (ACH) items, wires, payroll, eStatements and basic computer set up.</span></p> <p style="margin: 8.05pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;"><br /><br /></span></span></strong></p>
Responsibilities: <p style="margin: 4.45pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; font-size: 9pt;">Technical Support<br /><br /></span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Identifies and resolves customer concerns that best fits the customer&rsquo;s needs via phone and email within banking guidelines and requirements.</li> <li>Coordinates resolution with vendors or other departments serving as a liaison between the customer and other team members.</li> <li>Responsible for daily review and reconciliation of daily ACH reports and wire fraud suspect reports and escalates situations to management as necessary.</li> <li>Works with Treasury Management and Retail to perform customer setups and maintenance on online banking, voice banking and treasury management products.</li> <li>A tech 1 has contact with others that usually involves routine issues with some latitude for independent decision making which is usually limited to choosing between 2 or 3 known options.</li> </ul> <strong><span style="font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; font-size: 9pt;">Daily Duties</span></strong> <ul> <li>Works with Treasury Management and Retail to perform customer setups and maintenance on online banking, mobile banking, voice banking and treasury management products.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>0 - 1 Years experience in function</li> <li>0 - 1 Years experience in industry</li> <li>Technician - High School Graduate or GED and demonstrated customer service experience.</li> <li>A good understanding of Computers, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook); advanced knowledge of computer settings and troubleshooting</li> <li>Working knowledge of various banking functions and systems including, but not limited to, voice banking, bill pay, eStatements, Synergy, eDesk, Bankway, Live Chat, etc.</li> <li>Proficient verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and explain technical issues to users in clear, concise and patient manner</li> <li>Excellent organizational, customer service and problem solving skills.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 14.75pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 5.75pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 5.75pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 5.75pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
