Overview: </span></u></strong></span></p><p style="margin: 3.35pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Responsible for implementing, coordinating and overseeing a group of Commercial Relationship Managers to ensure the Bank's growth, profitability and efficiency targets are met. Works with credit and other lines of business to ensure the Commercial Insights Program model is followed.</span></p><p style="margin: 8pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong><u><span style="color: black;"><br/><br/>
Responsibilities: <p style="margin: 6.35pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>Management<br /><br /> </strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Supervise, coach and evaluate staff to ensure specific sales and credit goals are met as outlined in the Commercial Credit Model.</li> <li>Recruit, develop and motivate a dynamic and high performing team.</li> <li>Ensure self and team proactively identifies and participates in community and bank functions as well as CRA opportunities.</li> <li>Ensure all commercial relationship managers have access to adequate training and development opportunities.</li> <li>Lead the commercial team in growing the portfolio and meeting/exceeding all cross selling referral goals.</li> <li>Monitor loan delinquencies and maturities, ensuring that they are kept to within acceptable standards.</li> <li>Review and approve loans to be presented to all loan committees ensuring the deals are consistent with Bank policies.</li> <li>Prepare/present reports as necessary to objectively measure performance regarding goals, targets and strategic initiatives.</li> </ul> <strong>Operations/Portfolio Management</strong><br /> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Manage portfolio within credit and profit goals.</li> <li>Monitor and correct service quality and credit quality issues.</li> <li>Decision loans within authorized amounts.</li> </ul> <strong>Business Development</strong><br /> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain a network of resources. Form working relationships with internal and external referral sources.</li> <li>Monitor and grow the commercial banking team's existing loan portfolio and deposit base.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 5.75pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
