Overview: </span></u></strong></p><p style="margin: 3.35pt 0in 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">This individual will perform a variety of customer service functions and general clerical duties for the department related to the payoff of all loan types. He or she also prepares documentation for the recordation of mortgage discharges, and prepare lien releases for all titled vehicles. He or she will make routine decisions without consulting their supervisor. They will seek approval on complex and unusual situations. </span></p><p style="margin: 8pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><u><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt;"><br/><br/>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Accurately completes assignments, while observing specific deadlines as applicable to the position</li> <li>Completes basic research and maintenance to customer and loan accounts</li> <li>Runs branch capture daily</li> <li>Completes miscellaneous reconciliations for outside service providers</li> <li>Ensures compliance of applicable government regulations and requirements</li> <li>Maintains various spreadsheets to monitor and track loan pay off and loan release activity, and reviews monthly reports for exceptions</li> <li>Quotes loan payoff amounts to various entities</li> <li>Prepares UCC, discharges and lien releases for both open and closed loans</li> <li>Processes loan payments and payoffs received daily via mail</li> <li>Prepares &amp; mails correspondence to customers, sorts &amp; distributes incoming mail, and researches returned mail</li> <li>Answers calls from customers with account related questions and directs telephone calls to the appropriate department</li> </ul> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 6pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 5.75pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 5.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
