Overview: The Wealth Resources Specialist provides administrative and operational assistance to the Wealth Management team. This position will work closely with clients, plan sponsors (i.e. Employers), payroll providers, and co-workers to assist in the operations of Wealth Management, custody, and qualified retirement plan accounts. Will be expected to field calls and answer basic operational and compliance questions. <p style="margin-bottom: 0pt;">Work schedule primarily Monday &ndash; Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and overtime as needed. Travel is not required.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0pt;">This position can be located out of Midland, MI or Port Huron, MI.</p> <p style="margin: 8pt 0in 0pt;"><strong><u><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br /><br /></span></u></strong></p>
Responsibilities: <p style="margin: 6.35pt 0in 0pt;"><strong>Customer Service<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Provides support and service to the internal customers of Wealth Management.</li> <li>Coordinates client transactions with front office staff.</li> <li>Assist with mutual fund rebalancing process.</li> <li>Completes Trust and Participant Recordkeeping system entries and batching using SEI Trust 3000 or Relius Administration. Is able to complete reversal transactions as needed.</li> <li>Promptly and courteously responds to inquiries and postings within the Wealth Resources mailbox.</li> </ul> <strong>Quality Control</strong><br /> <p style="margin: 4.25pt 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Ensures that bank policies and procedures are observed and meet compliance requirements.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Associate's degree in General Business or Accounting required</li> <li>1 &ndash; 3 years in a professional office environment.</li> <li>3+ years of retirement/trust operations experience required, and may be a substitute for the associate degree.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with experience of importing and exporting Excel files of various formats.
