Overview: <strong>The Enterprise Agile/Product Coach&nbsp;</strong>fosters a culture of learning and continuous improvement within TCF&rsquo;s Product Organization with a strong focus on collaboration. The role is responsible for establishing, maintaining and evolving TCF&rsquo;s New Operating Model in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and other partners. Additionally, the role is accountable for developing training materials and evolving product planning, and alignment ceremonies across multiple teams in order to further improve the effective delivery of cross-team objectives.
Responsibilities: <strong>Areas of Accountability</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Will be a resident expert of Agile principles, methodologies, and practices within TCF. This individual will need to be involved with internal and external agile networks in order to stay current on best practices and strategies. The Enterprise Agile / Product Coach should actively participate in agile communities and seek out opportunities to continuously improve their own skills in order to better support the Product Organization.</li> <li>Coordinate with partners both within and outside of the TCF organization in order to align Agile practices, product discovery, and delivery. The role will work with Product Owners / Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineers to evaluate team health and effectiveness. Additionally, you will partner to implement strategies around how Agile principles can be effectively leveraged to deliver improved product outcomes.</li> <li>Creating materials detailing the principles of agile and for teaching product management best practices. The Enterprise</li> <li>Agile / Product Coach will develop strategies and plans around how to share this information with the product teams and ensure that those teams understand the concepts and how to apply them.</li> <li>Provide active &ldquo;hands-on&rdquo; coaching of product teams as needed.</li> <li>Fosters a culture of learning and continuous improvement across TCF.</li> <li>The catalyst for leading change and influencing at all levels of TCF.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Education</strong><br /><strong>Required:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical related field or equivalent work experience</li> <li>Certified Scrum Master or similar industrial certification</li> <li>At least 2 years of experience as a member of a product model or Enterprise Agile / Product Coaching team</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Preferred:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Certified Product Owner or similar industrial certification</li> <li>Certified Enterprise Agile / Product Coach or similar industrial certification</li> <li>Master&rsquo;s degree in a related field</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Required Work Experience / Skills</strong><br /> <ul> <li>10+ years of a combination of project management, agile, and product management experience including a minimum of 5 years of expertise working within the agile framework.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate project teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication, collaboration and influence skills among all organizational levels; strong facilitation and executive communications skills.</li> <li>Strong ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicting priorities</li> <li>Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, JIRA, and PPM tools with particular emphasis on Excel</li> <li>Understand multiple processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change across all levels of the organization</li> <li>Financial Services industry experience</li> <li>Certified Product Owner or similar industrial certification</li> <li>Certified Enterprise Agile/Product Coach or similar industrial certification</li> </ul>
