Overview: As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment and will be responsible for bringing together the right candidates for the right opportunities. You will&nbsp;be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert supporting hiring managers primarily within&nbsp;our Wealth Management line of business.&nbsp;A key part of your responsibilities&nbsp;will include the ability to contribute every day on delivering the highest quality recruiting services to our hiring managers.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Perform full life-cycle recruiting primarily focusing on sourcing candidates for&nbsp;Wealth Management opportunities within Chemical Bank</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Responsible for reviewing resumes, screening candidates, submitting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and conducting phone interviews</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Consult with the respective HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers to determine to recruit strategies</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Significant focus on sourcing, networking and pipeline generation. Will utilize job boards, social networking sites and other resources for building a pipeline of talent. Builds networks as well as other innovative sourcing techniques to find qualified passive candidates</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Build a pipeline around candidates</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Collaborate with HRBP&rsquo;s and Hiring Managers&nbsp;with candidate offers</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Assist in the onboarding of new employees; including constant engagement from offer acceptance through hire date</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Responsible for maintaining detailed recruiting activity, applicable metrics, and candidate management, including required documentation within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS)</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Responsible for meeting/exceeding monthly talent acquisition metrics</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local employment laws, including EEOC and affirmative action guidelines and laws</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Monitor and apply recruiting best practices</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Other duties and projects as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">5+ years of corporate recruiting experience&nbsp;</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Excellent written and oral communication skills</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Subject matter expert with recruitment resources such as social media, name generation, direct sourcing, and other internet tools</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Ability to communicate the Company&rsquo;s mission, vision, and culture</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Ability to establish credibility, build positive partnerships, including the ability to negotiate with and influence applicants</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Previous experience utilizing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), experience with iCIMS is a plus</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Expert competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Previous experience within the financial services industry required</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Previous experience recruiting Financial Advisors preferred</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul>
