Overview: <p>Chromalox Inc is a $220 million international electric thermal solutions business with an ambition to double in size over the next 5 years through organic and acquisitive growth. Recently acquired by the Global Spirax Sarco Engineering Group ($1.5B Annual Revenue/ $8B Market Cap), Chromalox is transforming it&rsquo;s business model from selling electric heating products to providing advanced thermal solutions while integrating with another Spirax Sarco acquisition of Thermocoax, a France-based thermal electric heating business. These business actions require transformational change of the organization in terms of sales talent capability, organizational culture, and sales results.</p> <p>As a core member of our digital marketing team, you will use your combined background/skills in both marketing and technology to guide the technical decisions and implementations to execute marketing campaigns to ultimately improve the sales/marketing funnel even further.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Marketing &amp; Website Engineering</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop landing pages for ad campaigns, email marketing templates, and websites from templates (using Sitecore)</li> <li>Website updates including: new pages additions, content updates, and plugin/theme configurations</li> <li>Customize marketing technology products and website implementations with light software development using skills in HTML, CSS, and Javascript</li> <li>Perform data privacy, security, and compliance reviews of marketing &amp; website technology products</li> </ul> <p><strong>Marketing &amp; Website Analytics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Setup dashboards &amp; reports</li> <li>Implement conversion tracking, troubleshooting, resolving issues, and making recommendations for more advance applications</li> <li>Strategic technical approach to tracking analytics that align with sales and marketing goals</li> <li>Analyze customer data and determine changes needed to improve the data</li> <li>Monitor data quality within marketing technology products for campaigns</li> <li>Planning and executing content &amp; data migrations, identify opportunities to automate the process</li> <li>Present on relevant technical topics on internal/external status and reporting meetings</li> </ul> <p><strong>Marketing Operations &amp; Technical Implementation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary technical point of contact across groups</li> <li>Accurately prioritize, respond to, and resolve all assigned web support requests in a timely manner</li> <li>Perform basic system administration of Content Management System (Sitecore)</li> <li>Engage 3rd party support partners as required (Avanade)</li> <li>Maintain systems documentation</li> <li>Engage in frequent communication with peers and IT team to maintain awareness of issues or changing process/standards</li> <li>Train and support marketing staff on using marketing technology products</li> <li>Architect the overall marketing stack of all marketing technology products used for campaigns, including performing technical reviews, research of new tools, and putting together proof of concepts.</li> <li>Implementation of CRM, Marketing Automation, and other marketing tools</li> <li>Integrate marketing technology products with each other and non-marketing systems</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships and negotiate business terms for purchasing marketing technology products internally and externally</li> <li>Ensure proper setup of internal tools used for campaigns to ensure a seamless coordination, communication, and project management between cross-functional teams in public relations, digital marketing, graphic design, and web development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Growth Marketing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working in our CRM/marketing automation platforms for sales enablement and lead nurturing</li> <li>Put brand development and persona work into action with customer segmentation and testing across channels to personalize and optimize customer experience for prospects based on psychographic data points. Use automation to set up the system, measure results, and test along the way.</li> <li>Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues</li> <li>Monitor performance of marketing campaigns</li> <li>Execute on Conversion Rate Optimization campaigns</li> </ul>
