Overview: <p>Looking for a passionate certified Data Analyst.&nbsp; The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.&nbsp; Responsibilities include conducting full life-cycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design.&nbsp; Data Analyst will develop analysis and reporting capabilities and will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.</p>
Responsibilities: <strong>Key Responsibilities:<br /><br /></strong> <ul> <li>Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.</li> <li>Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.</li> <li>Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.</li> <li>Filter and &ldquo;clean&rdquo; data by reviewing reports, printouts and performance indicators.</li> <li>Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.</li> <li>Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.</li> </ul> <br />In addition to the core responsibilities of the position, may be asked, or may seek, to engage unique abilities, strengths and passions through participation on cross-functional teams.
Requirements: <strong>Education and Experience:<br /><br /></strong> <ul> <li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field</li> <li>3+ years&rsquo; experience in business data analytics or similar</li> <li>Proficient in a programming language suitable for data analysis</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus</li> <li>Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to adequately present findings</li> </ul>
