As part of the C&amp;M Transactional Services Team, the Senior Accountant is responsible for participation in the transaction process.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Confidently demonstrates strong technical abilities.</li> <li>Independently excellent at client service, demonstrated by clients consistently seeking your advice</li> <li>Proactively liaison between partners and clients providing project management and oversight throughout each client engagement</li> <li>Enthusiastically addresses opportunities and issues with a high level of engagement and energy</li> <li>Confidently influences and advises clients as a trusted business advisor by suggesting viable solutions to complex issues demonstrating strong technical abilities</li> <li>Proactively seeks participation in initiatives of high importance to the firm.</li> <li>Is a reliable corporate citizen; Takes administrative responsibilities seriously.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field</li> <li>CPA preferred</li> <li>3-4 years public accounting experience</li> <li>Transaction Advisory Service experience preferred</li> <li>Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills</li> <li>Proven client service, project management, supervisory, and leadership skills</li> <li>Ability to self-direct, and manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines</li> <li>Leads by example, with first-hand knowledge in area of expertise</li> <li>Thrives in a team environment; willing to jump in and roll up their sleeves</li> <li>Is an open communicator; has a persuasive selling rather than telling style</li> <li>Is socially focused with an ability to build and maintain valuable relationships</li> </ul>
