Overview: ClearWater is expanding and searching for experienced Project Managers with 5 years experience and a background executing union projects. This opportunity is an expression of interest for potential upcoming roles available to local candidates. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost management.<br /><br /> In this role, you will define project objectives and collaborate closely with Turnaround and/or Construction Managers. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Coordinate site resources, including subcontractors, materials, construction equipment, and labor, in collaboration with superintendents.</li> <li>Proactively manage client expectations from executive level to entry-level staff.</li> <li>Maintain professional and timely communication with partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project success.</li> <li>Develop work scopes, shift schedules, and fieldwork packages to implement and control all work efficiently and safely.</li> <li>Provide direction to ClearWater Superintendent, General Foreperson, Foreperson, and direct field labor</li> <li>Ensure all field activities meet or exceed safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.</li> <li>Implement daily and weekly short-range planning at the foreman level.</li> <li>Cultivate a culture of excellence that aligns with ClearWater's core values through leading by example.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>5 or more years of experience managing brownfield/greenfield construction, pipeline, and plant shutdowns, including labor supply for unionized projects.</li> <li>Previous experience managing multiple projects up to $5 million with over 50-100 craft personnel and various contractors.</li> <li>Journeyperson Trade certification in a mechanical field or related post-secondary degree preferred.</li> <li>Strong combination of education and experience in business management, project management, or related technical specialties.</li> <li>Proficient in interpreting Requests for Proposals and utilizing software systems for estimating, scheduling, and project management.</li> <li>Experience analyzing project/operational financial data and implementing performance action plans to improve operating results.</li> <li>Technical ability in the mechanical/piping sector, including shutdown/turnaround implementation, operations coordination, equipment management, cost estimating, and bid development.</li> </ul> <strong>Other important details</strong><br /><br />These positions have been identified as safety-sensitive positions and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.  <br /><br /><strong>Why ClearWater?</strong><br /> <br />We are the clear choice for rewarding opportunities and challenging careers.
