The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone.</p> <p>Here at Cold Stone Creamery South Florida -We opened our first Cold Stone Creamery in 2003 and our 5th in 2009. Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Offering top-notch customer service in a FUN and FAST-PACED environment<br /><br /></li> <li>Conducting X-Factor meetings to ensure the crew is energetic and focused on customer service<br /><br /></li> <li>Motivating and training team members<br /><br /></li> <li>Ordering/Receiving product and supplies<br /><br /></li> <li>Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product<br /><br /></li> <li>Verifying weigh-ins to control portion sizes of ice cream<br /><br /></li> <li>Handling customer complaints and store emergencies<br /><br /></li> <li>Maintaining a safe and secure environment<br /><br /></li> <li>Maintaining a clean, organized store<br /><br /></li> <li>Managing food cost, labor cost, supplies expense &amp; cash control<br /><br /></li> <li>Supporting the Store Manager in the successful operation of the store</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>At least 1 year of food service leadership experience (i.e. Shift leader or crew leader)<br /><br /></li> <li>Experience managing and motivating a team<br /><br /></li> <li>A&nbsp;willingness to learn all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management including but not limited to inventory, purchasing, labor, and operations management<br /><br /></li> <li>Computer, POS, and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)<br /><br /></li> <li>Your own transportation and ability to work at the Coconut Creek store<br /><br /></li> <li>The ability to work up to 10 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs, and is able to clearly communicate with our customers<br /><br /></li> <li>The willingness to live and breathe our core values(see above)</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <p>WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Full-time position (35-40 hours/week)<br /><br /></li> <li>Two-month intensive management training where you will learn everything you need to know to be successful. (while training, the hourly wage is $11/hr.)<br /><br /></li> <li>After successfully completing training, assistant managers earn $13/hour plus bonus and tips (approximately $3.50 more per hour).
