Responsibilities: <p>Working closely with the National Systems Training Manager and reporting to the CIO, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Trainer to join our Brisbane office on a part time or full time basis depending on the successful applicant. Working Monday through to Wednesday is required.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The responsibilities of this role include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver fortnightly national induction program</li> <li>Deliver training in a classroom environment or one-to-one at the learner's desk or via VC on national basis as required</li> <li>Work in conjunction with the IT team to roll out new systems and processes</li> <li>Work in conjunction with HR to develop and co-ordinate education initiatives</li> <li>Scheduling training for 400+ staff for large scale roll-outs</li> <li>Consult with internal customers to establish their personal objectives and training requirements</li> <li>Troubleshoot support queries and devise solutions and measure and record outcomes so that the business has an effective record of its skill base</li> <li>Ensure continuous development of training delivery and high quality user online training materials</li> <li>Create and develop content for a learning management system</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>You will be supported in this close knit team, given training, mentoring and guidance from your peers and leader. You will need to be self-motivated and adaptable in this dynamic environment. Ideal background and skills include:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and ability to work unsupervised</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people at all levels</li> <li>Experience with practice management systems, Elite 3E highly desirable</li> <li>Experience in creating and updating training materials, scheduling and training delivery</li> <li>An extremely high level of attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to service internal clients and produce high quality outcomes</li> <li>Working with SharePoint and Microsoft Office 2013 is advantageous</li> <li>Relevant tertiary qualifications are required</li> </ul>
