Overview: The Content Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely input of all itinerary content of the tour series into the operational systems which includes data points from multiple sources with the input it into a variety of systems. A careful review of all documents provided is completed to ensure the integrity &amp; accuracy of data. Collaboration with business areas to ensure all business requirements are met to provide the best documentation to our guests. Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise in all areas of our business. Key functions of the Content Administrator role align with company goals and contribute to KPI&rsquo;s.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Input all tour itinerary versions into operational systems for all given tour series in an accurate and timely manner; proofs work output through reporting; updates operational systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintains all itinerary changes as they pertain to tour changes in the operational systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identifies and pursues missing data from key stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Contributes to the completion of monthly team goals as they align with key performance indicators.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversees the Content team e-mail box at regular rotations; troubleshoots issues or operational deficiencies and updates systems as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Completes various other duties and projects as directed such as, but not limited to researching new hotel descriptions and amenity information, tour audits and new initiatives.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree and 1-3 Years of Experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment; must be able to multi-task efficiently and accurately.&nbsp;</li> <li>Possess a proactive, positive and professional approach and demeanor to their work with the ability to work well under pressure; Collaborates well with others and fosters a cooperative work environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be flexible to the ever-changing travel industry and educated in current events worldwide.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Possesses a fiscal understanding of the impact on financial position.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to effectively create and communicate through all means of communication to all stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications.</li> </ul>
