Overview: The Senior UX/UI Designer works to design and develop innovative, user-friendly web solutions to support Marketing department needs. They also seek to improve the user-experience of current content and designs as well as drive brand standards and ensure consistency across all Collette web properties. The Senior UX/UI Designer manages a small team to help support these goals. This includes a UX/UI Designer and UI/UX Research Coordinator.<br /><br />The Senior UX/UI Designer works with direction provided by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and collaborates with the Digital Marketing team and other marketing team stakeholders. Responsibilities: &bull; Improve user-centered customer experience<br />&bull; Design user-centered, functional, innovative and easy-to-use web interfaces<br />&bull; Improve current mobile-friendly responsive design across all digital assets<br />&bull; Design and develop web components based on marketing campaign need<br />&bull; Produce design assets such as information architecture / sitemaps, interaction patterns, and clickable wireframes<br />&bull; Experience and a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web applications, along with responsive design and/or mobile apps.<br />&bull; Collaborate with developers and designers to design and prototype web interfaces<br />&bull; Act as a resource for developers and Quality Assurance team members to troubleshoot and ensure quality and accuracy of development outcomes<br />&bull; Use HTML and CSS to deliver web pages/components<br />&bull; Guide team members with advice, feedback, and clarity of direction for various projects<br />&bull; Act as a resource and help guide team members continued education to improve technical and design skills
Requirements: Knowledge and Skills<br />&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree and 3-5 years of experience required<br />&bull; Experience in digital design/marketing<br />&bull; Experience with CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, Cross-browser compatibility<br />&bull; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch App<br />&bull; Strong willingness to learn<br />&bull; Experience with UX and user-centered design<br />&bull; JIRA and Agile Methodology experience<br />&bull; Strong experience with responsive design<br />&bull; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal<br />&bull; Highly motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn<br />&bull; Front-End Development experience a plus<br />&bull; JavaScript/React experience a plus<br />&bull; Git Version Control experience a plus<br />&bull; Sitecore Experience a plus
