Overview: Client Relationship Specialists are responsible for maintaining daily functions as they pertain to multiple Business Development Managers within a specific selling region. The prime responsibility is to act as a liaison and support existing accounts in order to maintain and grow revenue as a means to exceed sales objectives of assigned territory.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>All client calls and internal issues from BDM territory will be filtered to the Client Relationship Specialist&nbsp;with the remainder of the team as a back up resource.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage accounts from the inception, including overseeing the group block and itinerary, and maintaining the account.&nbsp;</li> <li>Make welcome calls, pre-deposit due call, deposit due call, flight schedule calls, hometown pick-up calls, and group block audit reviews.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist BDM with daily client contact with regard to slide show presentations.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Skill in customer service&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of sales, operations, quality control procedures and reporting documentation requirements&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale principles, methods and techniques&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to create, compose and edit written materials&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to analyze and solve problems&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred&nbsp;</li> </ul>
