Responsibilities: </span></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"> </p><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0pt;">Business Acumen: Be the expert in our memory care and wellness services across our entire portfolio.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0pt;">Program: Define our memory care philosophy and the programming, sales process and training to live it out.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0pt;">Leadership: Set high expectations, provide the necessary resources, empower your teams and hold them accountable. Lead change management successfully. Be passionate about what you do and invested in the success of others. Motivate and inspire those you lead and serve.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0pt;">Care Standards: Ensure our 1440 care standards for wellness and memory care are established according to regulations and our culture. Be the example and set the expectation for how we are to communicate and care for family members as well.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0pt;">Relationships and Communication: Ensure 1440 relationships are cultivated with regional and site leaders and the sales team is lock step in memory care. When there are issues, address them directly, respectfully and quickly. Requirements: </span></strong></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">7 -10 years of experience in personal care for seniors, memory care and assisted living management experience</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">Registered Nurse is required</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">Proven experience leading successful memory care model</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">Strong business acumen and proven experience attaining goals</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">Exceptional hospitality skills with knowledge of and special sensitivity to the needs of aging adults and their families</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with a variety of publics, including employees, residents, families, ownership groups, community groups, government agencies, etc.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">A broad understanding of federal and state laws related to the operation of a Senior Assisted Living Community</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">Ability to work effectively as part of a team</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">Some travel may be required</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="color: black;">May be required to attend Real Estate Class and obtain licensure / 6 months to begin process</span></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong><span style="color: black;">
