Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Create timely and accurate reports for multiple businesses</li> <li>Partner with HR Business Partners on deliverables and deadlines</li> <li>Build strong relationships of honesty, open communication and accountability</li> <li>Create, review and maintain standard operating procedures</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resource management or related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education</li> <li>One to three years of HR related experience</li> <li>Familiarity with a variety of HR areas such as benefits administration, new hire orientation/onboarding, recruiting, HR policies and compliance, and payroll</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office.&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with HR Prism, or related HRIS Software Programs</li> <li>Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and timely follow through</li> <li>Good interpersonal savvy &ndash; able to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people</li> <li>Timely, responsive, accurate, and thorough in all written and verbal communication</li> <li>Able to manage through complex issues by asking the right questions, utilizing resources, and gathering data to triage and solve problems</li> </ul>
