Responsibilities: <ul> <li><strong>Business Acumen:&nbsp;</strong>Be the expert in our wellness services across our entire portfolio</li> <li><strong>Leadership &amp; Pillars:</strong>&nbsp;Set the standard of 1440 and our pillars by being the example. Set high expectations, provide the necessary resources, empower your teams and hold them accountable. Lead change management successfully. Be passionate about what you do and invested in the success of others. Motivate and inspire those you lead and serve.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Care Standards:&nbsp;</strong>Ensure our 1440 care standards for wellness are established according to regulations and our culture. Be the example and set the expectation for how we are to communicate and care for family members as well.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Hiring, Training &amp; Engaging:&nbsp;</strong>Ensure every employee is hired to 1440 then trained to our 1440 care standards timely and held accountable to executing them. Grow and develop future leaderes. Demonstrate your care and devotion to the recognition and success of others. Build highly effective teams.</li> <li><strong>Relationships &amp; Communication:&nbsp;</strong>Ensure 1440 relationships are cultivated with site leaders and the sales team is overwhelmed by our care and support of the sales process. When there are issues, address them directly, respectfully and quickly. Communicate proactively with your teamsand and across the business and ensure bottom up top down communication is optimal.</li> <li><strong>Performance &amp; Outcomes:&nbsp;</strong>Drive a culture of execution and accountability by meeting or exceeding performance targets. Lead the example for organization, process and discipline. Ensure operating budgets are well planned and revenue and expenses are managed accordingly to result in targeted profitability.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>7-10 years minimum memory care/assisted living management experience</li> <li>Clinical license and/or extensive experience working in private duty senior care</li> <li>Proven experience leading high performing teams</li> <li>Strong business acumen and proven experience attaining financial goals</li> </ul>
