Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits Package

Overview: <p style="margin: 0px;">The Regional Business Development Leader is responsible for coaching, training, developing and providing direction to a team of Business Development Specialists in order to successfully achieve performance objectives across all senior living communities.&nbsp; This role requires strong leadership acumen in addition to effective coaching and mentoring skills.&nbsp; Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required to ensure effective and timely interactions across functional areas.</p> <br />We have comprehensive benefit packages that include health, dental, vision, 401(k), income protection, and extraordinary work-life benefits.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Educate others on target industries (primary and secondary markets)</li> <li>Deliver coaching on messaging</li> <li>Engage in job shadowing with team members to ensure messaging adheres to Business Development process, asking for the business, quality appointment setting, efficient use of time between appointments, recognizing and capitalizing on Business Development opportunities, set up expectations for onsite and offsite Business Development events</li> <li>Provide constant assessment and feedback on job items for the growth and development of team members</li> <li>Create and participate in direct reports&rsquo; performance development plans, performance improvement plans, and annual plan development when necessary</li> <li>Ensure team members are meeting Business Development metrics through analysis of Salesforce reports</li> <li>Promotes the organization in a positive manner and sets the example for organizational standards for excellence</li> <li>Performs additional duties as assigned or needed, including limited territory coverage when needed</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Experience and/or training in a senior independent/assisted/memory care living community</li> <li>2 years minimum of supervisory experience</li> <li>Knowledge and understanding of the senior market and various senior living products</li> <li>Ability to work well under pressure and complete assignments accurately; can work independently, and manage time effectively</li> <li>Must exhibit a high degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Must be highly organized, able to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Previous experience with a CRM, Salesforce preferred</li> <li>Travel required</li> </ul>
