Overview: CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial cooperative, has an immediate opportunity for a full time self-motivated, outgoing, and energetic Call Center Specialist.<br />
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide professional and courteous service to Credit Union members and work in a fast paced team environment.</li> <li>Call Center Specialists are responsible for providing account information, referring products and services, and meeting sales and service goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Call Center Specialists will also perform administrative tasks to complete the full cycle of member service.</li> </ul>
Requirements: Qualifications for this position:<br /> <ul> <li>Ability to demonstrate consultative selling techniques to meet sales goals</li> <li>Multi-tasking, administrative, and organizational skills</li> <li>Strong customer service skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>One year Call Center/Financial Institution experience preferred</li> <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability is a plus</li> </ul>
