Responsibilities: <p><strong>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BE DOING</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead our payroll team by effectively supervising, coaching, and training each payroll team member. You will also set team objectives and design strategies to achieve them.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Oversee our 400 payroll client accounts to ensure accurate, timely and local/state/federal compliant payroll processing for each client.<br /><br /></li> <li>Stay current with state-of-the-art payroll processing technology and platforms, and lead the firm&rsquo;s effort to implement advanced payroll processing technology.<br /><br /></li> <li>Drive operational excellence and help expand our payroll service offerings with a particular focus on streamlining systems-driven payroll practices.<br /><br /></li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely filings of payroll reporting&nbsp;in accordance with taxing authorities&rsquo; requirements and procedures.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure timely completion and delivery of payroll documents from periodic payroll checks, payroll reports and year end W2/W3s.<br /><br /></li> <li>Be a key business partner for our larger, complex client accounts by directly managing their payroll and offering our additional organizational services as appropriate.<br /><br /></li> <li>Resolve any internal or escalated customer service relation concerns related to payroll processing.</li> </ul>
