Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team.</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, and development of staff.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure service delivery meets agency and regulatory standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor compliance with billing, documentation, and performance metrics.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with the Program Manager on program operations and community partnerships.</p> </li> <li> <p>Deliver direct crisis services and support complex client cases as needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Uphold standards of accessibility, equity, and client-centered care.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li> <p>Master&rsquo;s degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral science field.</p> </li> <li> <p>Current WA licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).</p> </li> <li> <p>Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC.</p> </li> <li> <p>2+ years of clinical experience serving adults, children, and families.</p> </li> <li> <p>Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>WA State Approved Supervisor Training (or ability to complete prior to providing supervision).</p> </li> <li> <p>Valid WA Driver&rsquo;s License, vehicle, and insurance (if applicable).</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Skills for Success</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Deep clinical expertise across age groups and systems of care.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven leadership skills and the ability to build a high-functioning team.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of crisis intervention models and behavioral health systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent time management, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.</p> </li> <li> <p>A collaborative, flexible, and recovery-oriented mindset.</p> </li> </ul>
