Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Providing&nbsp;<strong>clinical supervision</strong>, training, hiring support, and performance evaluations for team members</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensuring program services are compliant with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and payer mandates</p> </li> <li> <p>Facilitating access to crisis services in a&nbsp;<strong>non-discriminatory, community-based, recovery-oriented model</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Overseeing documentation, data quality, billing, and program performance metrics</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborating with internal departments and external systems such as healthcare providers, first responders, and local agencies</p> </li> <li> <p>Participating in quality improvement, team meetings, and leadership initiatives</p> </li> <li> <p>Acting as a&nbsp;<strong>clinical back-up</strong>&nbsp;for crisis intervention and support, as needed</p> </li> </ul>
