Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Deliver&nbsp;<strong>individual, group, and family therapy</strong>, as well as case management services.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with a team including peers, nurses, vocational and substance use specialists, and psychiatric prescribers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help stabilize clients by meeting them&nbsp;<strong>multiple times per week</strong>, sometimes daily.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and long-term independence.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide clinical supervision to junior clinicians or interns (if qualified).</p> </li> <li> <p>Be part of the&nbsp;<strong>24/7 on-call pager rotation</strong>&nbsp;and respond to urgent needs.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li> <p><strong>Master&rsquo;s degree</strong>&nbsp;(MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral health field.</p> </li> <li> <p>Preferably&nbsp;<strong>2+ years</strong>&nbsp;of experience in human services.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must qualify as a&nbsp;<strong>Mental Health Professional (MHP)</strong>&nbsp;per WAC standards (preferred).</p> </li> <li> <p>Commitment to or experience with&nbsp;<strong>evidence-based practices</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Valid WA State Driver&rsquo;s License</strong>, vehicle, and appropriate insurance.</p> </li> <li> <p>If unlicensed, must apply for&nbsp;<strong>Agency Affiliated Counselor</strong>&nbsp;status upon hire.</p> </li> <li> <p>Completion of&nbsp;<strong>WA State Approved Supervisor Training</strong>&nbsp;(if providing supervision).</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your Strengths</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Adaptability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to support clients with&nbsp;<strong>complex, multi-system involvement</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to maintain a&nbsp;<strong>solution-focused</strong>, professional demeanor.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in electronic health records and digital documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to pass a&nbsp;<strong>pre-employment background check</strong>.</p> </li> </ul>
