Overview: *** Licensed Scale - $32.78- $48.65/hr DOE<br /><br />Compass Health is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Clinician II</strong>&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;<strong>Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT)</strong>&nbsp;in Mount Vernon. MCOT responds to behavioral health crises where they happen &mdash; at home, school, shelters, or in the community. Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Deliver in-person crisis response, stabilization, and support services</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate individualized safety and recovery plans</p> </li> <li> <p>Support clients in developing natural supports and accessing community-based services</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide short-term case management, individual therapy, and follow-up interventions</p> </li> <li> <p>Serve a diverse population of adults, adolescents, and children in real-time crisis situations</p> </li> </ul>
