Responsibilities: <p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Family Support Partner</strong>, you will:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a&nbsp;<strong>caregiver mentor and peer advocate</strong>&nbsp;for families navigating behavioral health challenges.</li> <li>Work as part of a multidisciplinary Wraparound team to support youth in maintaining stability at home, in school, and in the community.</li> <li>Help caregivers understand and actively participate in the WISe process.</li> <li>Support families with&nbsp;<strong>navigation, engagement, system coordination</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>parenting skills.</strong></li> <li>Share your own lived experience to build trust,&nbsp;<strong>instill hope</strong>, and help families build lasting skills and confidence.</li> </ul> <br /> <p>This position includes in-office, in-home, and community-based support and requires flexibility, evening availability, and the ability to provide outreach throughout Skagit County.&nbsp;</p>
