Responsibilities: <p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Clinician I</strong>, you&rsquo;ll support clients through a wide range of behavioral health services, including:<br /><br /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Providing case management, treatment planning, and resource coordination.</li> <li>Delivering individual, family, and group counseling using Evidence-Based Practices whenever possible.</li> <li>Assisting clients in developing natural supports and accessing community resources.</li> <li>Assessing for safety risks and collaborating on crisis plans when needed.</li> <li>Coordinating care with schools, medical providers, courts, and other community partners.</li> <li>Participating in treatment team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.</li> <li>Ensuring all documentation, charting, and billing meets regulatory and agency standards.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BA/BS/BSW) in a Behavioral Science-related field required.</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge or willingness to learn Evidence-Based Practices.</li> <li>Must apply for Agency Affiliated Counselor status with WA State DOH upon hire if not already credentialed.</li> <li>Valid Washington State Driver&rsquo;s License, vehicle, and insurance (if applicable).</li> <li>Must pass pre-employment criminal background check.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Your Skills &amp; Strengths</strong> <ul> <li>Ability to engage effectively with individuals with complex behavioral health needs and multi-system involvement.</li> <li>Solution-focused, positive approach to conflict and challenges.</li> <li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication.</li> <li>Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) and standard office software.</li> <li>Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and professional integrity.</li> <li>Cultural sensitivity and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Work Environment</strong><br /> <br />This role involves a mix of office-based services and community outreach, which may include homes, hospitals, schools, jails, and other settings.
