Overview: <p><strong>Be a Voice of Hope for Families</strong></p> <p>Compass Health is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Family Support Partner</strong>&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;<strong>WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services)</strong>&nbsp;team in Monroe!</p> <p>The Monroe WISe team is a small, compassionate, and collaborative group supporting youth and families in a tight-knit community just 25 minutes from Everett and 40 minutes from Seattle.</p> <p><strong>WISe</strong>&nbsp;is a community-based, team-driven approach that centers the family&rsquo;s voice and strengths. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Support parents/caregivers as a peer with shared lived experience.</li> <li>Help families navigate systems, build advocacy skills, and access resources.</li> <li>Work one-on-one in homes, schools, and the community.</li> <li>Provide a strength-based, culturally informed approach to care.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team in a flexible, mobile role.</li> </ul>
