Overview: <p>Compass Health is seeking a <strong>Child &amp; Family Therapist</strong> to join our <strong>Children&rsquo;s Intensive Services (WISe)</strong> team in <strong>Everett</strong>! As a key member of the <strong>Red Team</strong>, you&rsquo;ll work alongside a dynamic, skilled group of professionals dedicated to empowering youth and their families through strength-based, wraparound services.</p> <p><strong>WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services)</strong> is a collaborative, youth- and family-driven program supporting Medicaid-eligible individuals (up to age 21) with complex behavioral health needs. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based models.</li> <li>Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary treatment team to support youth and caregivers.</li> <li>Deliver services flexibly in homes, schools, and community settings.</li> <li>Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours crisis response.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science field (required)</li> <li>Must meet qualifications for <strong>Mental Health Professional (MHP)</strong> as defined by WAC</li> <li>Preferably meets training requirements as a <strong>Child Mental Health Specialist</strong></li> <li>Valid WA State Driver&rsquo;s License and insurance</li> <li>Agency Affiliated Counselor registration (if not already licensed)</li> <li>Background in medical, mental health, or social services</li> <li>Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices or willingness to learn</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, documentation, and crisis management skills</li> </ul>
