Our goal is to help youth with complex behavioral health needs thrive in their homes, schools, and communities.</p> <p>WISe is a comprehensive, family-driven model that provides community-based services to&nbsp;<strong>Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21)</strong>. Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Deliver individual and family therapy in home, school, community, and office settings.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide strength-based, creative treatment plans.</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply evidence-based models to address mental health needs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in&nbsp;<strong>after-hours crisis response</strong>&nbsp;rotation including risk assessment and outreach.</p> </li> <li> <p>Receive robust training in intensive intervention strategies.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li> <p><strong>Master&rsquo;s degree (MA/MS/MSW)</strong>&nbsp;in a Behavioral Science-related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>Meets criteria as a&nbsp;<strong>Mental Health Professional (MHP)</strong>&nbsp;under WAC.</p> </li> <li> <p>Eligible to apply as an&nbsp;<strong>Agency Affiliated Counselor</strong>&nbsp;if not currently licensed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to pass a background check.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Valid WA Driver&rsquo;s License</strong>&nbsp;and insured vehicle.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Meets criteria for&nbsp;<strong>Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS)</strong>&nbsp;designation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in behavioral health, social services, or medical environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with or willingness to learn Evidence-Based Practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong documentation, engagement, and communication skills.</p> </li> </ul>
