Overview: <p>Compass Health is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Clinician I - Supported Employment Specialist&nbsp;</strong>to join our&nbsp;<strong>South PACT team</strong>, providing intensive, team-based behavioral health services to adults living with severe and persistent mental health conditions.</p> <p>PACT is a highly collaborative, community-based model designed to serve individuals with complex needs who have not benefited from traditional outpatient services. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide&nbsp;<strong>recovery-oriented behavioral health services</strong>, including counseling, case management, and care coordination.</li> <li>Partner with clients to develop&nbsp;<strong>individualized, strength-based treatment plans</strong>&nbsp;that promote recovery and independence.</li> <li>Deliver services primarily through&nbsp;<strong>community-based outreach</strong>&nbsp;(homes, hospitals, shelters, jails, and other community settings).</li> <li>Work as part of a&nbsp;<strong>multidisciplinary PACT team</strong>, providing coordinated, team-based care.</li> <li>Deliver services in alignment with&nbsp;<strong>PACT fidelity standards</strong>, including frequent client contact and high levels of outreach.</li> <li>Conduct&nbsp;<strong>ongoing assessments</strong>, including risk evaluations and safety planning.</li> <li>Support clients in accessing resources, building natural supports, and navigating multiple systems of care.</li> <li>Coordinate care with&nbsp;<strong>psychiatric providers, medical providers, emergency services, and community agencies</strong>.</li> <li>Facilitate&nbsp;<strong>group services and psychoeducation</strong>&nbsp;as needed.</li> <li>Maintain&nbsp;<strong>accurate and timely documentation</strong>&nbsp;in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Participate in&nbsp;<strong>team meetings, supervision, and required trainings</strong>.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Schedule &amp; Program Expectations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide&nbsp;<strong>daily outreach services</strong>&nbsp;in the community.</li> <li>Participate in a&nbsp;<strong>24/7 on-call rotation</strong>, including crisis response.</li> <li>Work&nbsp;<strong>evenings, weekends, and holidays</strong>&nbsp;as assigned.</li> <li>Deliver services to a high-acuity population with&nbsp;<strong>complex, multi-system involvement.</strong></li> </ul> <br /><br />
Requirements: <ul> <li><strong>BA/BS/BSW degree</strong>&nbsp;in a Behavioral Science-related field.</li> <li>Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>Evidence-Based Practices</strong>&nbsp;or willingness to learn.</li> <li>Ability to meet Washington State requirements for an&nbsp;<strong>Agency Affiliated Counselor</strong>&nbsp;if not already licensed.</li> <li>Valid&nbsp;<strong>Washington State Driver&rsquo;s License</strong>, insurance, and reliable transportation.</li> <li>Ability to pass a&nbsp;<strong>criminal background check</strong>, which may include DSHS review.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Preferred Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with individuals with&nbsp;<strong>severe and persistent mental illness.</strong></li> <li>Ability to thrive in a&nbsp;<strong>fast-paced, team-based, and community-oriented environment.</strong></li> <li>Experience as an employment specialist.</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;<strong>communication, organization, and documentation skills.</strong></li> <li>Ability to maintain a&nbsp;<strong>solution-focused, flexible approach</strong>&nbsp;when addressing complex challenges.</li> <li>Experience working across&nbsp;<strong>multiple systems (behavioral health, medical, legal, social services).</strong></li> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age by date of hire in order to complete Outreach with personal or agency vehicle, as required by Compass policy.</li> </ul> <p><br /> </p> <p><strong>About Compass Health</strong><br /><br />Compass Health has served Western Washington for over&nbsp;<strong>110 years</strong>&nbsp;and is the region&rsquo;s largest nonprofit provider of behavioral health and substance use treatment.
