Overview: <p>Compass Health is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Youth Support Partner</strong>&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;<strong>Children&rsquo;s Intensive Services (WISe)</strong>&nbsp;team in Monroe!</p> <p>Our Monroe WISe team is a small, supportive, and mission-driven group committed to helping youth and families in a vibrant, close-knit community&mdash;just minutes from Everett and within reach of Seattle, Kirkland, and Woodinville.</p> <p><strong>Children&rsquo;s Intensive Outpatient Services</strong>&nbsp;(WISe) uses a Wraparound model that emphasizes family voice, natural supports, and strength-based care. Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Work one-on-one with youth as part of a multidisciplinary team.</p> </li> <li> <p>Use your personal lived experience with behavioral health challenges to support and inspire.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help youth advocate for their needs, stay engaged in treatment, and build life skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in team planning, family meetings, and community-based care.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li> <p><strong>High School Diploma or equivalent</strong>&nbsp;(AA/BA preferred)</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Age 21+</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Experience accessing mental health services as a youth.</p> </li> <li> <p>Completion of&nbsp;<strong>Certified Peer Support Specialist training&nbsp;</strong>before start.</p> </li> <li> <p>CPSS or CPSS-T credential in&nbsp;<strong>active</strong>&nbsp;status.</p> </li> <li> <p>Valid WA Driver&rsquo;s License, insurance, and reliable vehicle.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Bonus Skills (Preferred)</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience as a&nbsp;<strong>Peer Counselor</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in mental health, medical, or social services</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of child development, parenting techniques, and diverse family systems</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-based environment</p> </li> </ul>
