This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a person-centered, recovery-focused program that delivers community-based care to adults experiencing serious behavioral health conditions.</p> <h3><strong>The Team You&rsquo;ll Be Joining</strong></h3> <p>The&nbsp;<strong>Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)</strong>&nbsp;is an evidence-based intensive outpatient program that supports adults facing severe and persistent mental illness. The team includes prescribers, therapists, nurses, peer counselors, and other specialists who work collaboratively to stabilize and support clients in their community.</p> <p>PACT clients often have complex behavioral health needs and histories of repeated hospitalizations. Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Provide direct nursing services to PACT clients in the community and clinic.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with the PACT Prescriber and PACT Manager to coordinate care.</p> </li> <li> <p>Administer medications and provide education to clients and families.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and crisis response.</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support client recovery using strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li> <p><strong>Current Washington State RN license</strong>&nbsp;required.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>2+ years of psychiatric nursing experience</strong>&nbsp;preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Meets criteria for&nbsp;<strong>Mental Health Professional (MHP)</strong>&nbsp;per WAC (preferred).</p> </li> <li> <p>Valid WA State Driver&rsquo;s License, insurance, and reliable vehicle (if applicable).</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, including DSHS review.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your Strengths</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge of behavioral health nursing and complex medication regimens.</p> </li> <li> <p>Skilled in managing challenging behaviors and supporting recovery.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, field-based care setting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard office software.</p> </li> </ul>
