Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide&nbsp;<strong>peer support services</strong>&nbsp;to promote recovery, stabilization, and wellness.</li> <li>Assist clients in developing&nbsp;<strong>natural supports</strong>, self-advocacy, and life skills.</li> <li>Work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to support client care plans.</li> <li>Deliver services in-home or in community settings as needed.</li> </ul> <br />
