Overview: <p>Compass Health is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Child &amp; Family Therapist</strong>&nbsp;to join the&nbsp;<strong>Children&rsquo;s Intensive Services (WISe) Mint Team</strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Everett</strong>&nbsp;&mdash; a group of dedicated professionals committed to helping youth and families thrive through strength-based, community-centered behavioral health support.</p> <p><strong>WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services)</strong>&nbsp;provides intensive, in-home and community-based care to&nbsp;<strong>Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21)</strong>&nbsp;facing complex behavioral health challenges. Responsibilities: <p>As a member of the&nbsp;<strong>Mint Team</strong>, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide individualized therapy services across home, school, community, and office settings.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with families and youth to co-create strength-based treatment plans.</p> </li> <li> <p>Deliver evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in a rotating after-hours crisis response schedule.</p> </li> <li> <p>Receive training in WISe and intensive mental health interventions.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li> <p><strong>MA/MS/MSW</strong>&nbsp;in a Behavioral Science-related field</p> </li> <li> <p>Meets&nbsp;<strong>Mental Health Professional (MHP)</strong>&nbsp;criteria per WAC</p> </li> <li> <p>Preferred: Meets qualifications for&nbsp;<strong>Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Valid&nbsp;<strong>WA State Driver&rsquo;s License</strong>, insurance, and reliable vehicle</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to pass a background check</p> </li> <li> <p>Must submit&nbsp;<strong>Agency Affiliated Counselor</strong>&nbsp;application if not already licensed</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Previous work in mental health, social services, or healthcare</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices or a strong desire to learn</p> </li> <li> <p>Effective communication, time management, and documentation skills</p> </li> </ul>
