Overview: <p>Compass Health is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Child &amp; Family Therapist</strong>&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;<strong>Children&rsquo;s Intensive Services (WISe)</strong>&nbsp;team in&nbsp;<strong>Monroe, WA</strong>. Our Monroe team is small, tight-knit, and compassionate&mdash;serving youth and families in an accessible location less than 25 minutes from Everett and 40 minutes from Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Woodinville.</p> <p><strong>WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services)</strong>&nbsp;provides intensive, individualized support to&nbsp;<strong>Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21)</strong>&nbsp;with complex behavioral health needs. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed clinical therapy to youth and families.</li> <li>Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support youth in the least restrictive environment possible.</li> <li>Deliver services across multiple settings: in-home, school, office, and community.</li> <li>Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours crisis/emergency response.</li> <li>Receive training in intensive intervention models to support your professional growth.</li> </ul>
